Claiming new delivered goods

  1. Immediately upon receipt, check the contents of the parcel, ideally with the courier/shipping employee.
  2. If you find that the goods have been damaged, immediately contact the courier who delivered the goods and write a damage report with him. Send a photo of the damaged goods to us at info@butterflywings.sk

Please also include in the email:

Order number

Your name and contact details

Keep the boxes and packing material and do not throw it away under any circumstances. It will be necessary in the event of a claim with the courier company.

3. Send us a complaint within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

Complaints for used goods

  1. Contact us by email at info@butterflywings.sk Describe the fault. In the email write:
    • Order number
    • Your name
    • Contact details
    • A description of the defect, ideally in the form of a video or photographs.
  2. A defect assessment and consultation with possible solutions to the defects is then carried out.
  3. If necessary, please send us the goods to:

Include a cover letter with your shipment, which will include:

  • Order number
  • Your name
  • Contact details
  • A description of the defect, ideally in the form of a video or photographs.

Never send goods without first contacting us.
