II. Sources and categories of personal data processed<\/strong><\/h5>

1. The operator processes the personal data you have provided to them, or the personal data that the operator has obtained based on the processing of your jewelry and goods order.<\/p>

2. The operator processes your identification and contact data and the data necessary for the execution of the purchase contract.<\/p>

III. Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data<\/strong><\/h5>

1. The legal reason for processing personal data is: \u2013 performance of a contract (processing and delivery of the jewelry order) between you and the operator pursuant to \u00a7 13, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Act, \u2013 the operator\u2019s legitimate interest in providing direct marketing (in particular, sending commercial announcements and newsletters) pursuant to \u00a7 13, paragraph 1, letter f) of the Act, \u2013 your consent to processing for the purposes of direct marketing (in particular, sending commercial announcements) pursuant to \u00a7 13, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Act.<\/p>

2. The purpose of processing personal data is: \u2013 fulfilling your order for jewelry and exercising the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the operator; providing personal data is<\/p>

a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the purchase contract, \u2013 sending commercial notifications and conducting other marketing activities of the Butterflywings.sk e-shop.<\/p>

3. There is no automated individual decision-making by the operator within the meaning of \u00a7 28 of the Act.<\/p>

IV. Retention period of personal data<\/strong><\/h5>

1. The operator stores personal data: \u2013 for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the operator and to assert claims arising from these contractual relationships (for a period of 5 years after the termination of the contractual relationship, or for the period required by applicable laws, e.g., the Accounting Act), \u2013 until the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, but for a maximum period of 3 years.<\/p>

2. After the retention period has expired, the operator deletes the personal data.<\/p>

1. The recipients of personal data are the following persons: \u2013 those involved in the delivery of goods (jewelry), services and the execution of payments, \u2013 those providing the operation of the e-shop (Shoptet) and related technical services, \u2013 those providing marketing and delivery services (courier companies).<\/p>

2. The operator has no intention of transferring personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization.<\/p>

1. Under the conditions set out in the law, you have the right to: \u2013 access your personal data under \u00a7 21 of the law, \u2013 correct personal data under \u00a7 22 of the law or restrict processing under \u00a7 24 of the law, \u2013 delete personal data under \u00a7 23 of the law, \u2013 object to processing under \u00a7 27 of the law, \u2013 request the portability of your data under \u00a7 26 of the law, \u2013 withdraw your consent to processing in writing or electronically to the controller\u2019s address or e-mail specified in these terms.<\/p>

2. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.<\/p>

1. The operator declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data.<\/p>

3. Only authorized persons of the operator have access to personal data.<\/p>
