I. PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/h5>

1. These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the purchase agreement concluded between the seller, LenCa s.r.o., with its registered office at Hlavn\u00e1 21\/55, 013 14 Kamenn\u00e1 Poruba, company registration number: 56801521, VAT number: 2122447525 (hereinafter referred to as the \u201eseller\u201c), and the buyer, which concerns the sale and purchase of goods (jewelry and fashion accessories) through the seller\u2019s online store at www.butterflywings.sk.<\/p>

3. A buyer is understood to be a consumer or an entrepreneur who has concluded a purchase contract with the seller.<\/p>

SECOND ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/h5>

1. The proposal to conclude the purchase contract is the sending of a completed order by the buyer through the seller\u2019s online store.<\/p>

2. The purchase contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded at the moment of confirmation of the order by the seller (by sending an electronic confirmation to the e-mail address of the buyer specified in the order).<\/p>

3. Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer upon full payment of the purchase price and upon receipt of the goods.<\/p>

III. PURCHASE PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS<\/strong><\/h5>

1. Prices listed in the online store are final, including VAT.<\/p>

2. The buyer can pay the purchase price using the methods offered in the e-shop (e.g. online payment by credit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery upon delivery).<\/p>

IV. TERMS OF DELIVERY<\/strong><\/h5>

1. The methods of delivering the goods and the shipping prices are listed in the \u201eShipping and Payment\u201c section on the e-shop website.<\/p>

2. The delivery time is usually stated for each item. The goods are dispatched immediately after receiving or processing the order.<\/p>

V. RESCISSION OF THE CONTRACT (CONSUMER)<\/strong><\/h5>

1. If the purchase contract is concluded remotely, the buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.<\/p>

2. The buyer must send the notice of withdrawal from the contract in writing or by e-mail to the seller, and return the goods in full, undamaged and without signs of wear and tear.<\/p>

VI. RIGHTS IN RESPECT OF DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE AND RECLAMATION<\/strong><\/h5>

1. The rights and obligations of the contracting parties regarding the seller's liability for defects are governed by the relevant generally binding regulations (in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act).<\/p>

2. The complaint can be submitted electronically or by sending the goods to the address of the seller's registered office.<\/p>

VII. WARRANTY<\/strong><\/h5>

1. The seller is responsible for ensuring that the jewelry sold is free from defects upon receipt. A 24-month quality guarantee applies to the goods (butterfly wing jewelry and other accessories), unless otherwise specified for a specific product.<\/p>

2. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of the goods caused by their normal use, improper care or storage, exposure of the jewelry to excessive moisture, water, cosmetics (perfumes, creams), or mechanical damage. Instructions for caring for jewelry are detailed in the \u201eCare for jewellery\u201c section.<\/p>

VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/h5>

1. These terms and conditions come into force and effect on 01.03.2025.<\/p>
